Program Description

Total customer satisfaction is a way of life, and if you want to keep your customers happy and stay ahead of the competition, you better be doing it right! In this interactive session we will explore techniques used in providing quality customer service. You will be given tools to ensure that every customer interaction is a consistent, positive experience. We will identify difficult situations you typically face and what you should or shouldn’t say. The “Rules for Great Customer Service” will also be discussed.
