If you’re enrolled at another college and plan to take summer, online or minimester credit classes, choose NDS-TRANSFER for Program of Student on the application.
High School Students
If you are in high school and plan to take dual credit classes, or if you will be dual enrolled in both high school and college, you must apply to be a BHC student before you can register. Learn more about dual credit »

Black Hawk College has an open door admission policy for anyone who is:
- A high school graduate, has a GED certificate OR demonstrates college readiness
- At least 18 years old
- A transfer student from another college or university
