New program providing online tutors for grades 6-12

Black Hawk College Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE) is introducing a new program that provides one-on-one, individualized tutoring for students in grades 6-12.

In the Youth Tutoring Program, students video conference with a local, experienced tutor in real time. Subjects include English, government, language arts, math, science, social studies, sociology, Spanish, speech and psychology.

Cost is $20 for a 30-minute session with afternoon and evening sessions available seven days a week.
