Student Government Association

The Student Government Association (SGA) is the officially recognized student governance body for Black Hawk College. It is composed of ten senators, including executive officers and the opportunity for any BHC student to be a part of one or more of the four standing committees: Activities, Finance, Publicity, and Legal A airs, as well as other commit-tees, such as the Election Committee. Senators are nominated and elected by the student body in the fall and spring.

PROVIDES activities and leadership opportunities on campus

Financial Administrator: Financial Officer
Public Information Officer: Communication and Publicity
Student Trustee: Represents student body at Board of Trustees
Senators: Voice of SGA, votes on issues
