QC Campus student awarded Leaders of Promise Scholarship
Quad-Cities Campus student Ryker O'Neil of East Moline is one of only 210 Phi Theta Kappa members named a 2024 Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholar and will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
