‘Workforce driven’ community college looks forward to offering 4-year degrees
Black Hawk College could offer select bachelor’s degrees under a proposed state initiative aimed at expanding access to four-year programs. College leaders say the focus would be on high-demand, workforce-driven fields not currently offered by universities, helping fill regional gaps while maintaining existing partnerships.
