Why Agriculture Production
Three certificate programs are offered in Agriculture Production. A student with a career interest in beef cattle and swine production may consider one of the following programs:
- Animal Science
- Beef Production
- Swine Production
Additional courses may be taken while completing the requirements for a certificate program. Elective coursework beyond the 12-hour certificate requirements available.

Women’s History Month – Being a woman in agriculture
Agriculture has always been a huge part of Grace Angotti’s life, so having the opportunity to turn that passion into a career is something she doesn’t take for granted. Now she is a faculty member at the East Campus, where she teaches a variety of ag courses and coaches the Livestock Judging Team.
