Midwest Technical Institute Transfer Info
Black Hawk College collaborates with Midwest Technical Institute (MTI) to facilitate the transfer of select MTI certificates toward Associate in Applied Science degrees in Health Information Management or General Occupational and Technical Studies. Graduates from MTI since October 2018 with certificates in Dental Assisting, Journeyman Welder, Journeyman Welder II, Medical Assisting, Medical Coding, Pharmacy Technician, or Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration are eligible for this partnership. Transfer guides and additional resources are available to assist in the transition. For more information, contact the respective program coordinators at Black Hawk College or the Director of Education at the MTI campus attended.
