The Application for Admission form is used by prospective students to apply for enrollment at the college. It collects personal, educational and contact information needed to start the admissions process.

Requires a statement from your physician that it’s medically necessary for you to drop all of your classes. If approved, all W grades will remain, but tuition will be refunded. This does not impact bookstore charges, but may negatively impact your financial aid status, as all funds will have to be returned as part of the tuition refund.

The Application for Proficiency Credit form allows students to request college credit for prior learning or experience that meets course outcomes. It requires submission of supporting documentation to be evaluated for potential credit award.

A student can allow BHC to release their protected information to a third party. This release is active until revoked by the student. Third party must mention the document when they inquire. Information may or may not be released immediately.

Students who have participated in the high school Advanced Placement (AP) program may be eligible to receive credit and advanced placement. Official scores must be on file at BHC. For a list of eligible tests, visit Advanced Placement Testing (AP).

A student can block release of any and all information. This block is active until revoked by the student.
