Proceeds from the race also were used to purchase National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) study guides for second-year PTA students.
The BHC 5K Hustle is an annual fall road race that takes runners up and down the scenic, rolling hills of the college’s Quad-Cities Campus in Moline. More than 150 people registered for the November 2025 event.
The race was started by an alum of the PTA program, and PTA students as well as members of the BHC golf team volunteer at the event.
Since 2012, the BHC 5K Hustle has raised more than $95,000 to benefit the PTA program through the Black Hawk College Foundation.
