Ryan White CIO/ITS Systems Manager

Biography

Ryan White began his career at Black Hawk College as a student employee and steadily advanced to become IT Systems Manager. In 2014, after serving in an interim role, he was named Co-Chief Information Officer. He also serves as an adjunct instructor in the college’s computer information technology program.

White earned a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from Western Illinois University. He brings years of experience in systems management and technology leadership, helping ensure the college’s IT infrastructure is secure, modern and aligned with institutional goals.

He is passionate about teaching and enjoys helping students succeed in the ever-evolving field of technology. Outside of work, White enjoys spending time along the Mississippi River and engaging with the local community.
