Biography

Chris M. Snoddy serves as vice president for student services at Black Hawk College. In this role, he provides strategic leadership for the Student Services division, overseeing Advising, Disability Resources & Access, Career Services, Financial Aid, Enrollment Management and other student-facing departments that support enrollment, student success, engagement, retention and completion across the College.

Snoddy brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education leadership. Before joining Black Hawk College, he served in various roles at Oklahoma City Community College and the University of Central Oklahoma.

Throughout his career, Snoddy has remained committed to fostering inclusive campus environments, strengthening systems of care and ensuring compliance with federal regulations, including Title IX and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Snoddy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communication and African/African American Studies and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
