Use financial aid in the bookstores

Students with authorized financial aid (loans, scholarships, grants, etc.) for Summer 2026 may use their available funds to purchase course materials and more at the East Campus Bookstore and the Hawk’s Hub from Wednesday, May 27 through Tuesday, June 9 during normal business hours.

To avoid delays, students should register and complete all financial aid requirements by Friday, May 15.

Students MUST provide their student ID (located in myBHC) to use their financial aid in the bookstore.

Hours:

  • East Campus Bookstore – Monday-Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Quad-Cities Campus Hawk’s Hub – Monday-Friday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
