The Black Hawk College Braves women’s basketball team closed out a stellar 2024-25 season with their 4th conference championship in 5 years, Region 4 runner-up and a Region 4 Player of the Year.

At the end of the fall and spring semesters, High Honors and Honors lists are published to honor students for their academic achievement. See award criteria and honors lists by semester.
High Honors
- Semester grade point average of 3.75 or above.
- Full-time students – 12 or more college-level credit hours.
- Part-time students – 6-11 college-level credit hours.
Honors
- Semester grade point average of 3.50-3.74.
- Full-time students – 12 or more college-level credit hours.
