Kim Goodley Assoc. VP of External Relations, Executive Director of EC Foundation

Biography

Kim Nordstrom Goodley serves as associate vice president for external relations and executive director of the East Campus Foundation. In this dual role, she leads marketing, public relations, fundraising and legislative engagement to support the college and its district communities.

An alumna of Black Hawk College East Campus, Goodley earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Augustana College and a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Ambrose University. She spent 24 years at John Deere, where she focused on employee experience, brand strategy and community outreach through the John Deere Foundation.

Goodley previously served on the Black Hawk College Board of Trustees for over five years and currently serves on the Village of Annawan Board. She is passionate about giving back to the college that shaped her educational path.

She lives in Annawan with her three children and enjoys cooking, traveling and attending their school and sporting events.
