Study Unlimited/Going the Distance Students
Welcome to a non-traditional type of class! In almost all cases, your instructor will mail a copy of the syllabus and a letter to you. The yellow “Intent to Complete” postcard included with your syllabus must be mailed during the first 10 days of class. If you have not received your syllabus by the first week of the semester, please contact LaVon Franklin 309-854-1732 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Required texts and study guides are available in the East Campus Bookstore.
Cover sheets are available in the Library and must accompany your assignments (Study Unlimited is gold, & Going the Distance is green.) Assignments may be handed in to a library staff person during library hours or the ILC proctor during testing hours. Please remember to turn assignments in, on or ahead of schedule, to allow for time needed for delivery. Assignments are sent to your instructor, daily, by inter-campus mail or U.S. Mail.
If your class requires the use of video or audiotapes, please check with the library staff. All tapes are available for in-library use and many are available for overnight checkout.
If your instructor, in his/her syllabus, arranges an orientation meeting, please note that it will be held at the Quad Cities’ Campus unless noted otherwise. If you are unable to attend please contact the instructor. Please call your instructor with questions or problems.
