Biography
Vince Luley is an experienced HR leader who has served in key roles at major organizations including Fortune 37 Target and global Fortune 500 company Schlumberger. Known for his firm, fair, and consistent approach, he focuses on supporting employees through strong employee relations, performance management and workplace programs.
At Black Hawk College, Vince is passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported, respected, and able to do their best work. He believes that when employees thrive, the entire organization succeeds.
Outside of work, Vince treasures time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and mountain biking, reading, and staying active in his local church, where giving back to the community is especially meaningful to him.
