Students with financial aid (loans, scholarships, grants, etc.) for Fall 2025 may use their funds in the East Campus Bookstore and the Hawk’s Hub from Monday, Aug. 18 through Friday, Sept. 5.
Students can use their accounts to buy textbooks, clothing, school supplies and more.

Students MUST provide their student ID (900# that is located in myBHC) to use their financial aid in the bookstore.
Hours:
- East Campus Bookstore – 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Quad-Cities Campus Hawk’s Hub – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
