QPR – Suicide prevention training

Have you ever worried what you would do if a friend or family member contemplated suicide?

Join us for a workshop that will instill confidence in your ability to help.

With Question, Persuade and Refer (QPR) training, you’ll learn how to:

• Recognize the warning signs of suicide.
• Offer hope.
• Get help and save a life.

Training includes certification and lunch.
