Harness the power of listening, communication and hope at a free informational lunch sponsored by The Gray Matters Collective.
Guest speaker Stephen Martell from First Choice Healthcare/Henry & Stark County Health Department will present “From Isolation to Connection: Harnessing the Power of Listening, Communication and Hope.”
Enjoy a FREE lunch as you:
- Explore the power and impact communication and connection with others has on our overall physical and mental health.
- Learn active listening skills to enhance communication skills with others and become better listeners to our children and peers.
- Discuss the power that communication and inclusion has to foster hope in others to reduce loneliness.
Lunch available while supplies last.
The event will be in Building 4, Room 209.
The Gray Matters Collective is a mental health awareness and suicide prevention movement.
