Black Hawk College has partnered with Walgreens to host a free flu shot clinic at the Quad-Cities Campus!
If you are interested in participating, you must complete and return a registration form by Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Registration forms are available at:
- Health Sciences Center, Room 311 (Academic Service Center/ASC)
- Building 1 at the Welcome Center in the upper lobby
Return the form to either location.
The clinic will be in the Health Sciences Center in Room 204 (conference room near the parking lot entrance).
