Terms of Use
By downloading or using any Black Hawk College logo or brand asset (“Brand Assets”), you agree to comply with the following terms and all applicable brand standards.
Permitted Use
Brand Assets may be used only for official, approved purposes that support and represent Black Hawk College and its programs, departments or initiatives. Any other use requires prior written approval.
Brand Standards Compliance
All Brand Assets must be used in strict accordance with the official Black Hawk College Brand Standards, including but not limited to:
- Approved colors and color treatments
- Proper sizing and clear space requirements
- Approved backgrounds
- Correct logo versions for print and digital use
Prohibited Modifications
You may not alter Brand Assets in any way, including but not limited to:
- Changing colors, proportions or orientation
- Adding effects (shadows, outlines, gradients, etc.)
- Combining the logo with other graphics or text in a way that alters its integrity
- Cropping, distorting, or re-creating the logo
No Transfer of Ownership
Downloading Brand Assets does not grant ownership or trademark rights. All logos and brand elements remain the exclusive property of Black Hawk College.
Right to Revoke Permission
Black Hawk College reserves the right to revoke permission to use Brand Assets at any time if usage is deemed non-compliant, misleading, or damaging to the brand.
Responsibility for Use
The user assumes full responsibility for ensuring proper and approved use of Brand Assets. Improper use may result in required removal or corrective action.
