Marketing Request Form
Black Hawk faculty and staff may request help from the Marketing/PR department for events, media, website updates and printed materials.
Book a Professional Headshot
Staff are available to take professional headshots for use on website profile pages, outlook thumbnails or LinkedIN pages. First-time faculty and staff are welcome to book at their convenience. Faculty and staff who have a pre-existing headshot on file are asked to book 12 months or more from their last photo.
Media Release Form
Black Hawk College respects your right to privacy and ownership over your likeness and image. To permit use of photos or video for Marketing/PR purposes, please complete a media release.
Make a Request for Public Information
In accordance with the provisions of the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Black Hawk College provides access to public records. The College only accepts written requests for records under FOIA. Written FOIA requests must be received by personal delivery, mail, or by electronic mail or online submission.
