Register for Classes
Newly admitted students who have completed placement testing and online orientation – as well as all current BHC students – can register for classes online through myBHC. If you have questions before you register, contact Advising.
Note: Students who have earned 15 or fewer credit hours and plan to earn a degree or certificate need to connect with an Advisor prior to registration.
How to Register Online
Spring 2026
- Registration opens: Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025
- Classes begin: Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026
- Second eight-week courses begin: Monday, March 23, 2026
Summer 2026
- Registration opens: Tuesday, April 7, 2026
- Summer classes begin: Monday, June 1 and Monday, June 29, 2026
Fall 2026
- Registration opens: Tuesday, April 7, 2026
- Classes begin: Monday, Aug. 24, 2026
- Second eight-week classes begin: Monday, October 19, 2026

Adding and Dropping Classes
Students may change their schedules by adding and dropping classes, or in some cases, the student may need to withdraw from College altogether.
Withdraw from BHC
If you registered for classes and decide not to attend Black Hawk College, you must withdraw officially.
