Quad-Cities Campus Testing Center

The Quad-Cities Campus Testing Center, formerly known as the Independent Learning Center (ILC), requires a photo ID and your Student ID number for all BHC testing. Lockers are available for storing personal items during testing.

Remember that a photo ID is required for all testing. 

All items, except those allowed for your exam, are to be placed in the storage lockers. This includes, but not limited to: Cell phones (muted), smart watches/fitbits, keys/pocket content, books/notebooks, backpacks, hats/caps, purses/wallets, drinks/food, and outerwear.


Testing times during Spring, Summer and Fall semesters:
Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Testing times between semesters:
Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Monday & Wednesday evenings 6 p.m.  |  Call 309-796-5100 for an appointment.

      • No appointments will be taken. Testing is on a first-come, first-served basis.
      • The Testing Center has a paper copy of the holiday closures for each semester.

Note: East Campus Testing Center hours are different than the Quad-Cities Campus.

College closed for Wednesday January 23 due to inclement weather. All Black Hawk College locations are closed and all classes canceled.
