Black Hawk College’s Professional & Continuing Education (PaCE) and the Rock Island County Regional Office of Education (RIROE) have partnered to offer a variety of classes online to help you enhance your professional development.

To obtain PD Hours for a chosen class, teachers need to contact Julie at the RIROE (309-736-1111) to obtain approval. The processing fee for PD hours is $25 and is payable to the RIROE.
