2 over 1 Game Force – A Bridge Bidding System to Improve Your Game
Instructor: V. Shelley
Prerequisites: Duplicate Bridge Players with experience in Standard American, or those who have successfully completed Play of the Hand in the 21st Century.
2 Over 1 Game Force is an adaptation of Standard American bidding; it is not a new bidding system. It can simplify rather than complicate the auction as it changes the bidding messages. This six-week course will teach the systematic building blocks, along with several conventions. Participants will get an overview of a complete set of bidding messages then choose the conventions they can adapt successfully into their game upon partnership agreements. The class starts with a comprehensive review of 1 Over 1 bidding and ends with suggested strategies to deal with interference. Text book available from the instructor the first night of class for $20.
