Program Description

ACT Exam Preparation or SAT Exam Preparation

College entrance exams are considered to be some of the most important tests you will ever take. These courses are designed to help increase student exam performance by reviewing test taking tips and the content: The SAT contains three sections: Reading, Math, and Writing & Language and the ACT contains four sections: Reading, Math, English, and Science while both exams have an optional essay. Each course also examines calculator usage.

You must register for the ACT and/or SAT exam separately.

SAT Exam Preparation

According to the Illinois State Board of Education “All Illinois public school students enrolled in grade 11 will take the SAT with essay unless they take an alternate assessment.” Our SAT Exam Prep class is designed to help you achieve your best possible score. As college entrance exams are considered to be some of the most important tests you will ever take, this course is designed to help increase student exam performance by reviewing test taking tips and content on SAT’s three sections: Reading, Math, and Writing & Language. This course examines calculator usage and includes the current official prep book from the makers of the SAT with practice tests. You must register for the SAT exam separately. If you have a Smartphone, iPad or tablet, please bring it with you.
