DESCRIPTION:Want to run for student trustee on the BHC Board of Trustees? \nFor 2026-27\, the student trustee will be from the Quad-Cities Campus. \nDetails\n\nCandidate application packets will be available starting Monday\, Feb. 9 in the Student Life Office in Building 4\, Room 202.\nApplications are due by Friday\, Feb. 27 at 4 p.m.\nVoting will be online starting Wednesday\, March 4 at 8 a.m. Voting will close Thursday\, March 5 at 4 p.m.\nThe new student trustee will be seated at the Thursday\, April 23 board meeting.\n\nMore information\nIf you have questions or would like to schedule a time to pick up a packet\, email Jana Koch. \nBlack Hawk College is directly governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees\, all of whom are elected from within the district for six-year terms. A student representative\, elected in alternating years for a one-year term from each of the two campuses\, is a non-voting member of the board.
