DESCRIPTION:Black Hawk College\nQuad-Cities Campus\nCommencement Ceremony\nThursday\, May 21\, 2026\n7 p.m.\nVibrant Arena at The MARK\n1201 River Drive\, Moline \nCeremony details\n\nTickets are not needed to attend.\nParking is free.\nThe venue is handicapped accessible.\nThere will be a sign language interpreter.\n\nArena security details\nGuests and attendees are required to enter through entrances with walk-through metal detectors. \n\nThe Vibrant Arena has a “no bag” policy. Bags are not permitted in the arena\, with exception of small clutch purses (5″ x 7″ by 2″). Clear bags of larger size are not permitted.\nSmall diaper bags are permitted when entering with a child age 3 and younger.\nCar seats and strollers are not permitted into the arena and must be checked at Guest Services.\nOutside food and beverage\, including water\, may not be brought into the Vibrant Arena.\nLaser pointers\, cans\, bottles\, knives\, weapons\, explosives\, fireworks\, and any materials deemed harmful are not permitted within the Vibrant Arena. \nCameras and selfie sticks are prohibited at ticketed events.\nPets or animals (with exception of service animals)\, beach balls\, frisbees\, helium balloons\, and noisemakers deemed inappropriate to the event.\nIn accordance with the Illinois Firearm Concealed Carry Act (430ILCS 66/65)\, no firearms are permitted within the Vibrant Arena.\nThe Vibrant Arena is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed on exterior terraces only. Electronic cigarettes may not be used within the venue.\n\nFlowers and merchandise\nCelebrate your grad with flowers\, graduation bears\, graduation necklaces and commemorative graduation T-shirts*! \nPre-orders\n\nPre-order items and pick them up at the ceremony at the table on the concourse.\nOrdering ahead is super easy and ensures your grad gets everything they want.\n\nAt the ceremony\n\nPurchase items at the ceremony at the table on the concourse.\nCredit\, debit\, Apple Pay and Cash App payments will be accepted.\n\n*Students who submitted their graduation application by the deadline and decided to participate in the ceremony will have their name on the back of the shirt.
