Show your appreciation for a BHC team member(s)!
Purchase a “Thank-You Gram” that includes a carnation. Cost is $2 for one or $5 for three.
Purchase carnations by completing both links below or stop by the Quad-Cities Campus Welcome Desk in Building 1, upper lobby or the Outreach Center Welcome Desk to purchase and complete forms in person.

Step 1: Submit payment.
Step 2: Provide recipient information to finalize delivery.
Carnation sales will end Friday, Nov. 18. Carnations will be delivered Nov. 21-23.
