Find Your Balance is a series of free workshops to encourage an overall balanced healthy lifestyle.

Workshops are Thursdays from 10-11 a.m. at the Quad-Cities Campus. Sponsored by Student Life and the Counseling Department.

Aug. 25

    • Find Your Balance – BE FLEXIBLE
    • Building 1, courtyard. Rain location – Building 3, upper gym.
    • Bring your mat and join us for Yoga with Daina Marie from Tapas.

Sept. 22

    • Find Your Balance – PLAY
    • Building 1, courtyard. Rain location – Building 3, upper gym.
    • Join Ben Mahieu, RATH trainer, for exercises to get moving for mental health!
