Online Classes Through OCE: Non-BHC Students

Each semester, students from other Illinois community colleges enroll in online classes at Black Hawk College through OCE (Online Course Exchange), which is a service created by a consortium (ILCCO) of 23 community colleges willing to share their online courses with each other. If you have registered for a course through your local community college, but are actually enrolled through BHC, this page is designed to assist you in taking our online class.
