QC Campus Rentals

To rent any athletic facility, classroom, or meeting room at the Quad Cities Campus:

Please note: Fees are in two-hour increments with a two-hour minimum charge.

Classrooms – $50

  • Seat 25-32 people
  • Most classrooms equipped with computers, whiteboards, screens, video projection and LCD projectors

Building 1

  • Upper Lobby: $150

Health Sciences Center

  • Conference Room: $125

Sustainable Technologies Building

Conference Rooms 1 & 2 (Building 4, Rooms 209 & 210) – $150

  • Seat 54 people at 27 rectangular tables
  • Document camera, computer, Wi-Fi connection, DVD/VCR, screen, projector and whiteboard
  • Use as one room or two rooms with floor-to-ceiling divider
  • Catering available from adjacent on-campus Subway restaurant (open weekdays during the school year- Due to staffing shortage, Subway in Building 3 Hawk’s Nest will be closed until further notice.)

Restaurant (Building 4, second floor) – $150

  • Seats 60 people (round tables)
  • Wi-Fi connection
  • Two six-foot tables for serving food
  • Catering available from adjacent on-campus Subway restaurant (open weekdays during the school year)

Hawk’s Nest (Building 4, second floor) – $200

Athletic Facility Rental Options:

Rent one of our gyms for parties, sporting events, or club activities. Batting cages, lower gym and upper gyms are available for rentals only when the athletic facilities are not being used for Black Hawk College Sporting events, student or college activities. Events also must meet approval of usage of college facilities. For large groups, proof of insurance will be required.

Batting cages: $75

  • Rent the batting cages for your softball or baseball team’s practice.
  • Available evenings and weekends

Community Aquatic Center:  $150 for two consecutive hours (up to 30 people); $40/hour for each additional 15 people.

  • Organized games and races, basketball, and/or volleyball, noodles, beach balls and other toys
  • Certified lifeguards are on duty all pool hours
  • Great for birthday parties and special occasions, church groups, day cares, scout groups, and company parties

Lower gym: $100

  • Seats 110 people in bleachers
  • Bleachers available along one wall
  • One set of basketball hoops and volleyball standards

Upper gym: $150

  • Seats 625 people in bleachers
  • Six basketball hoops
  • Gym can be divided in half
  • One, two, or four volleyball games can be played simultaneously

Fitness Center: $50

  • Cardio, free weights and circuit training
  • Indoor walking/running track

Outdoor Track/Soccer Field: $50

Outreach Center, East Moline:
