Black Hawk College students Alexa Mahoney of Colona and Seth Vergeyle of Moline were selected for the 2019 All-Illinois Academic Team in recognition of their scholarly achievements.
The two were chosen to be the college’s nominees to the All-USA Academic Team. Nominees must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and significant campus and community engagement.
Students nominated to the All-USA Academic Team are named to the All-State Academic Teams.
