Tom Hickson from Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 299 recently presented Black Hawk College with a framed, signed and numbered print to thank the college for its support, encouragement and work in the community for veterans and military students.
The print was created by artist Michael F. Blaser, a Vietnam veteran and former Marine, to honor the heroic efforts of Vietnam veteran Army Master Sergeant John F. Baker.
