English honor society at BHC welcomes 40 members

The Black Hawk College chapter of Sigma Kappa Delta, the English honor society for two-year colleges, recently inducted 40 new members.

The inductees have earned an A or B in a composition or literature course, have completed at least 12 semester hours, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher. Students are not required to be English majors.
