Student-show-2_imageThe ArtSpace Gallery at the Quad-Cities Campus is showcasing artwork by BHC students from Monday, April 13 through Friday, May 15.

There will be a reception and awards presentation from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, April 17. Everyone is invited to meet the student artists and enjoy refreshments.

The ArtSpace Gallery is located on the first floor of Building 4 at the Quad-Cities Campus, 6600 34th Ave., Moline.

Sell your books for cash! Bring your books to the Hawk’s Hub for book buyback May 14-20. Don’t forget your student ID.

Buyback hours will be:

  • May 14-15 – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • May 18-19 – 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • May 20 – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Rented books are due back no later than Wednesday, May 20.

  • Second Thursday of every month at 12:30 p.m.

Black Hawk College will host the 44th Annual College Night from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1 at the Quad-Cities Campus in the gym in Building 3.

In one evening, students can visit with representatives from more than dozens of colleges and universities.

High school students, college students, parents and grandparents can get information on:

  • How to apply
  • Tuition costs
  • Financial aid
  • Housing options
  • Majors
  • Transfer options
