You may be able to see a counselor on a walk-in basis. However, an appointment ensures that a counselor will see you at a time set aside solely for you. We maintain flexibility and will attempt to work with your schedule should evening hours be required. The Quad-Cities Campus Counseling Center is located next to the library in Building 1 (in the Advising Center). To reach a counselor at East Campus, come to the Advising Center, upstairs in Building A.
To schedule an appointment with a counselor at either campus, please call (309) 796-5199, email counseling@bhc.edu, or stop by the Advising Center.
Hours
Monday-Tuesday – 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday-Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Due to a high demand for services, and to ensure that the greatest number of students receive services, the college sets a limit on the total number of individual counseling appointments students and prospective students may receive.
