EBSCO database access issues
The BHC libraries are aware that EBSCO databases are experiencing sporadic access issues. Internet Explorer (IE) browsers have been unable to consistently display the Choose Database or search screen pages for EBSCO databases (Academic Search Premier, PsycArticles, etc.) This is happening due to EBSCO changing the way cookies and the cache are handled in Internet Explorer. To correct this problem, click on the link below for your IE browser version and follow the instructions. If you don’t know what browser version you are using, go to Tools > About Internet Explorer.

As an alternative, Mozilla Firefox browsers are able to display the EBSCO databases successfully, so if you have had problems accessing EBSCO using IE, please use Firefox.

Numerous libraries have contacted EBSCO about this, and EBSCO assures us they are working on it. We will let you know when reliable access via IE is available.
