Course Reserves
Faculty members may place materials on reserve for use in the library or for overnight checkout. Examples of reserve items include sample exams, papers, study guides, periodical articles, and personal copies of books, class notes, and textbooks not available at the beginning of the semester. Library materials may also be placed on reserve. Faculty members should bring reserve items to the LRC at least 24 hours in advance of announcing their availability to students so that the items can be processed and ready to loan. Faculty placing materials on reserve will be asked the course name and number and the length of time for loan–library use only or overnight checkout. Reserves are for one semester only and all non-library materials will be returned to the faculty member at the end of the semester.
