Black Hawk College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using a major credit card (or a prepaid Visa Gift Card). Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

• To order an official Black Hawk College transcript(s), login to the Clearinghouse secure site.
• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can  order as  many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
• Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.
• A major credit card is required. If you do not have a major credit card, you may purchase a prepaid Visa.

Black Hawk College will be closed for the following holidays:

• President’s Day
• Good Friday
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Veteran’s Day
• Thanksgiving Day and the day after
• Winter Break December 24th through January 1st

Please place your online transcript request. All requests will be filled in the order in which they are received the next business day following the closed holiday. There may be a slight delay in processing upon return from holidays due to the closure.
