Mandated Academic Courses
Modern Britain--3 semester hours (includes several field trips)
British History or British Literature (3 semester hours) plus 2 other courses.

Housing
Selected home stays with British couples near campus
Kitchen privileges included in the home stay arrangements

Program Fee
Approximately $7,500, depending on foreign exchange rate

Payment Plan
$200 nonrefundable deposit; balance of study abroad fee paid prior to departure; $250 Black Hawk College study abroad fee

Included in the Program Fee
Orientation, several field trips to British sites, international tuition at Christ Church University in Canterbury, England, room, board, International Student Identity Card

Not Included in Program Fee
Roundtrip airfare, food, weekend European excursions, passport fees, and personal expenditures

This study abroad program in England has attracted many BHC students over many years. This is a very appealing study abroad program, offering many courses for students in various majors.
