In this class, we will explore the relationship between diet and emotions. Learn how to identify and manage emotional eating, and to choose foods that will satisfy your stomach as well as your soul.

Conflicts happen because all have different personalities, needs and expectations. Conflicts can happen between anyone, such as parents and children, siblings, adults, and aging parents. This class is best suited for parents and is designed to assist in conflict resolution, increase peace and harmony, and make your family stronger. Positive thinking in a Negative World

Be in charge of your thoughts. When everyone around you seems mired in negativity you can remain centered, energetic and full of optimism. Negativity is contagious, but you don’t have to catch it. Learn how to use the “Broken Record”, “Calmly Question” and “fogging” techniques in response to negative comments.
