Re-Skilling Project Funds
Short-Term Training for Qualified Individuals
Need to re-skill for a current or new occupation but require financial assistance?
You may apply for the Re-Skilling Project funds if you:
1. Are a resident of Rock Island County.
2. Are laid off or work a reduced number of hours.
3. Can show a work history of being regularly employed.
4. Will actively seek work when training is completed.
5. Register for pre-approved short-term training.
