The Small Business Certificate Program has been designed for use by the small business owner or prospective business owner. These courses offer practical knowledge based on business theories presented in a friendly format, and are applicable in the small business setting. This series is offered by Black Hawk College Illinois SBCD, the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, the Geneseo Chamber of Commerce, the Kewanee Chamber of Commerce, Kewanee Economic Development Corporation, Regional Radio Group, and the village of Milan.
