Bob Grabbe
Head Volleyball Coach
Coach Bob Grabbe graduated from Kewanee High School; graduated with an A.A.S. from Black Hawk College – East Campus, Illinois State University with a B.S. in Special Education and Western Illinois University with an M.S. in Educational Administration. He has coached volleyball at high school and college levels, basketball at junior high and high school levels, and baseball at the high school level. This will be Bob’s 11th season at Black Hawk East.
This year, Bob is assisted by Coach Bob Fleming. Bob received a masters degree in Kinesiology from Western Illinois University in 2008. He held high school teaching positions (Biology/Physiology/Science) both at West Prairie, Scotia, Ill., and most recently Kewanee where he was also the head varsity volleyball coach last year, taking the team to Regionals. Bob comes to us with a over 15 years of volleyball coaching experience.
