Once you are accepted and arrive at Black Hawk College, you will take the Test of English Language Proficiency which all foreign students must take and be welcomed in a special orientation.
Please take a moment to review our expenses, housing, and required health insurance information.
Black Hawk College also has an International Student Association.
Directions to the ESL International Office:
The ESL International Office is located in Bldg 1 at the Quad Cities Campus.
Enter our office from the 2nd floor by going through the blue door on the left just before the stairs to the library.
