BHC students collect scarves for cancer patients

The Black Hawk College International Student Association Mentor/Mentee Program recently collected scarves to donate to Gilda’s Club of the Quad Cities for women undergoing cancer treatment.

Blackhawk Bank & Trust employees also donated scarves. The collection was coordinated by bank employee and BHC alumnus Adama Ouattara.

BHC international students Muna Juma (left) and Adele Toussou (middle) presented the 70 scarves to Pam Tone, Gilda’s Club office manager.
