What if I need help with my online class?
- The Student Success Center at Black Hawk has assembled a wonderful set of study skill resources. Use them to strengthen your online learning skills or seek out their tutoring services!
- Additional online student support services, such as tutoring, advising, counseling, tech support, and disability services, can be accessed through our Online Learning Center. A printable, annotated list of all of them is available here.
- The Black Hawk College Library provides valuable tips on finding, selecting, and evaluating resources on the web, as well as online reference help for when you are doing research for papers or other projects.
- Your instructor is a great resource for study help suggestions as well, since he/she has probably taught your class many times and knows the kinds of challenges that students have with the class’s content. Take advantage of his/her online or phone in office hours for extra help.
